- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 qt. milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place rice, milk and butter or margarine in a saucepan and cook on medium heat until steaming.

2Turn to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

3Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla. Pour boiling rice mixture gradually into egg mixture and stir. Pour into buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes at 325°. After 15 minutes, stir and sprinkle with cinnamon.
