- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Beat whites of eggs with 2 tablespoons of sugar and set aside. Put egg yolks in pan with 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch, salt and milk.

2Put to simmer.

3Add cooked rice and cook until thickened. While hot, fold in beaten egg whites.

4Can be eaten hot or cold.
