Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 c. to 1 1/2 c. sugar (I use 1 c.)
  • 1 can Carnation evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. each: cinnamon and vanilla

Directions

    Cook water and rice until the water is gone.

    Add sugar, evaporated milk, margarine, cinnamon and vanilla.

    Mix all ingredients.

    May be served warm or chilled.
