- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 lb. chicken livers
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In skillet, fry bacon until crisp.

2Remove from pan and crumble; set aside.

3Cut chicken livers in half.

4In small mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.

5Dip livers in flour mixture. Turn to coat.

6In skillet, brown livers in bacon drippings over medium heat, turning occasionally, until livers are brown and crispy on the exterior and cooked thoroughly, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

7Makes 2 to 3 servings.
