- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3 eggs
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
Directions

1Cook rice, salt, 1/3 cup sugar and 2 cups milk in double boiler until all the milk is absorbed.

2Heat 2 cups milk and add 1/4 cup sugar, vanilla and raisins until boiling point.

3Beat eggs and stir into rice mixture along with milk mixture.

4Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
