- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk, scalded
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly and put in 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole dish.

3Put casserole dish in a pan with about 1 inch of hot water.

4Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

5Serve warm or chilled. Instead of cooked rice, can use 1/2 cup uncooked rice, do not scald milk, stir after 30 minutes.

6Add 10 minutes to baking time.
