- 1 1/2 c. water
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place rice in a saucepan with water, 2 tablespoons butter and a dash of salt.

2Bring to a quick boil.

3Cover saucepan and allow rice to simmer 15 minutes or until rice has absorbed all the moisture.
