- 12 slice bacon
- 12 slice sausage
- 1 dozen eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cupcake pan
- 1 cooking spray
Directions

1preheat oven to 400F

2cook bacon till browned but not crisp.

3brown the sausage pattys at the same time.

4take a cupcake pan and lightly spray cooking spray on it.

5place sausage patties on the bottom of each cupcake cup.

6wrap a slice of bacon around the inside of the cupcake cup, around the sausage patty.

7take one egg and break it in to a cupcake cup.

8place some shredded cheese on each bacon and egg cupcake.

9salt and pepper to taste.

10place in 400F oven for 15 mins or until done.

11let sit 5 mins before serving.
