- 1/2 c. rice (not instant)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. raisins
- dash of nutmeg
- 2 beaten eggs
Directions

1In crock-pot or slow cooker, combine the milk, rice, salt and sugar. Stir and cover. Cook for 3 hours or longer.

2Mix together remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
