- 2 cups rice (not instant)
- 8 cups whole milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 pinch nutmeg
Directions

1Add rice and whole milk in pan over medium heat and bring to a boil, while constantly stirring.

2Add evaporated milk and bring to boil.

3In a seperate bowl mix eggs and sugar.

4When milk and rice comes to a boil again add your egg mixture.

5Cook until rice is tender.

6Add vanilla

7Remove from heat and sprinkle with nutmeg.

8Make sure to stir it constantly or it will stick to pan.
