- 1/2 c. golden raisins
- 2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom

2Beat egg whites and egg in ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Bake, uncovered, 50 to 60 minutes, stirring after 30 minutes, until knife inserted halfway between center and edges comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.

5Immediately refrigerate any remaining pudding.
