Ingredients

  • 13 cup wild rice
  • 13 cup brown rice
  • 13 cup quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Directions

    Boil 1 1/2 cups Water in covered pot.

    Add the wild rice and cook on simmer/low boil for 20 minutes.

    Add the brown rice to the wild rice and continue cooking for an additional 20 minutes.

    Add the quinoa to the rice and finish cooking for 20 minutes (total one hour).

    Remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tespoon of lemon pepper seasoning salt and mix well.

    Serve as a side dish or mix with your favorite Chinese or other cuisine.
