- 2 red apples, cubed
- 1 can pineapple, crushed
- 1 c. coconut, shredded
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except for the cream in a large bowl. Mix together well.

2Stir in gradually the whipped cream until all is gone.

3Gently stir for 2 minutes.

4Chill for at least 1 hour and then serve.
