Rice Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 green peppers
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain.

2Cut peppers in half and place in boiling water; remove from heat immediately and let stand for 5 minutes.

3Mix beef, rice, salt, pepper, onion and 1 can tomato sauce.

4Place mixture in peppers.

5Combine other can of tomato sauce and sour cream and pour over stuffed peppers.

6Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

7Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.
