Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup celery (1 medium stalk)
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped (1 small)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/3 cup raisins (I use a bit less as I'm not a huge raisin fan)
  • 4 slice bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Directions

    Melt butter in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat.

    Cook celery, onion, salt and pepper in butter, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.

    Remove from heat.

    Toss celery mixture and remaining ingredients.

    *This will stuff approximately an 8 to 10 pound turkey.
