- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 8 slices American cheese
- 2 cans Ranch Style beans
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel, diced
Directions

1Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet; drain excess grease.

2Cut corn tortillas in half and layer in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Spoon half of the ground beef and onion onto tortillas, then pour 2 cans of Ranch Style beans on top of meat. Put sliced cheese on top of beans, then layer more corn tortillas, then the rest of the meat and onion.
