- 40 grams Almond powder
- 120 grams Butter
- 70 grams Sugar
- 2 Egg yolks
- 4 Egg yolks
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 50 grams Sugar
- 6 drops Vanilla oil
Directions

1Follow the recipe from Step 1 to Step 14, and bake the tart crusts once.

2Mix all the ingredients well.

3Strain the mixture to make it smooth.

4Preheat the oven to 180C.

5Put the egg filling into the tart crusts, and bake in the oven preheated to 180C for 30 minutes.

6When the edges are slightly browned, they are done.
