  • 250 grams Cake flour
  • 40 grams Almond powder
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 70 grams Sugar
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 6 drops Vanilla oil

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 180C.

    Put the egg filling into the tart crusts, and bake in the oven preheated to 180C for 30 minutes.
