  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup brown rice flour
  • 1/3 cup quinoa flour
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream (I use goat's milk yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • honey, for drizzling
