- 1/3 cup brown rice flour
- 1/3 cup quinoa flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream (I use goat's milk yogurt)
- 1/2 cup milk (I use unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- honey, for drizzling
