- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 egg
- 4 c. unsifted flour or whole wheat
Directions

1Scald milk and margarine.

2Cool to lukewarm, add sugar and salt, add yeast mixture, eggs and flour.

3Stir until stiff enough dough to knead.

4Let rise 1 hour.

5Punch down. Shape into loaves and let rise 1 hour.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

7Dough can be refrigerated for 3 days.
