  • 2 or 3 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Mix cake mix according to directions.

    Mix together Ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.

    Pour cake mix into 13 x 9-inch greased pan.

    Spoon Ricotta mix over cake.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
