Ingredients
- 1/3 c. fat-free Ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. vanilla or peach low-fat yogurt
- 2 c. strawberries, melon balls and other cut-up fruit
Directions

1In a blender container or food processor bowl, combine the Ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, orange and lemon juices and vanilla.

2Cover and blend or process until smooth.

3Stir into the yogurt.

4If desired, cover and chill up to 24 hours.

5Serve with berries, melon and other fruit.
