- 4 sq. sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt chocolate and butter on very low heat. Pour into a small bowl and mix in powdered sugar, milk, egg whites and vanilla. Place bowl in a larger bowl of ice and beat on low speed until spreading consistency. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
