  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 c. heavy cream

    Fold in 1 cup of heavy cream. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 300° for 50 minutes.
