- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. Sorrento Ricotta
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar, cinnamon and Ricotta.

2Add beaten eggs and fold into mixture.

3Add vanilla and milk.

4Pour into 9-inch pie shell (unbaked).

5Bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
