  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb. Sorrento Ricotta
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar, cinnamon and Ricotta.

    Add beaten eggs and fold into mixture.

    Add vanilla and milk.

    Pour into 9-inch pie shell (unbaked).

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
