- 4 to 6 very thin steaks
- 4 slices bacon, cut into strips
- 1 to 2 kosher pickles, cut into strips
- chopped onion
- mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Lay steak on board.

2Spread thin layer of mustard and salt and pepper on each steak.

3Fill with bacon strips, pickle strips and onion.

4Roll up and use toothpicks to hold together.

5Brown in a deep skillet on all sides.

6Slowly add enough water to fill skillet 1/2 full.

7Simmer for 90 minutes.
