Rigatoni With Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (13 3/4 or 14 1/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 16 oz. rigatoni, cooked and drained
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat oil.

2Add chicken, garlic and pepper. Saute 4 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned.

3In small bowl, stir broth, cornstarch and salt; add to skillet.

4Stir in broccoli.

5Bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Reduce heat to low; cook 4 minutes longer or until heated through. Toss with rigatoni.

6Makes 8 servings.
