- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1 1/2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions

1Place chicken breasts in a pot, cover with water.

2Bring to a boil on medium-high heat and cook for about 10 minutes.

3Let Chicken cool and cut into chunks or shred.

4Place chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish.

5In another bowl combine soup, sour cream, and sherry

6Pour mixture over chicken.

7Melt butter and toss with crushed crackers and sprinkle over casserole.

8Bake at 350 for 40 minutes (cover if crackers look like they are getting dark).
