  • 23 finely ground Ritz crackers
  • 1 c. well chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cream, whipped
  • 2 Tbsp. instant cocoa
  • chocolate Cool Whip
  • chocolate shavings

Directions

    Stiffly beat egg whites.

    Add sugar slowly.

    Add Ritz crackers, nuts and vanilla.

    Pour into greased pie pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Mix cream and cocoa.

    Spread on cooled pie.

    Top with chocolate Cool Whip and chocolate shavings.
