  • 1 c. broken pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 egg whites
  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

    Roll crackers into crumbs.

    Mix with 1/3 cup sugar and pecans. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding 1/3 cup sugar gradually.
