"Ritzy" Chicken

  • 4 to 5 lb. chicken thighs
  • 1 block margarine, melted
  • 2 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Blenderize Ritz crackers until fine crumbs. Mix in seasonings. Wash and take skin off chicken.

    Line two 9 x 13-inch pans with aluminum foil. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter to coat and then in Ritz crumbs.

    Place in foil lined pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
