- 1 large roast
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 jars whole mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Place oil in large skillet.

2While oil is heating, flour roast on both sides.

3When oil is hot, put roast in skillet and brown on both sides.

4Remove roast from skillet and place in roasting pan. Brown remaining flour in skillet and make brown gravy.

5Pour this over roast.

6Add Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, mushroom soup, soup mix, chopped onion, salt and pepper.

7Cook in 375° oven for approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
