- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 can beef consomme
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 5 oz. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients.

2Marinate roast, brisket (up to 5 pounds) overnight.

3Roast in a covered pan approximately 1 hour per pound at 300° or in a crock-pot until tender.

4Vegetables cooked along with the meat are wonderful.
