  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Herbs of Provence

Directions

    Wash and trim asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and salt, pepper, and Herbs of Provence. Roast in a 425° oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until desired tenderness. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when done. Serve 4.
