  • 4 lb Full Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Olivie Oil

Directions

    Allow chicken to come to room temp for about 20 minutes, after rinsing and emptying.

    Pre heat oven to 425

    Season chicken (be sure to get the wings and legs) spread garlic on top and rub seasoning and garlic in.

    Drizzle with olive oil

    Put 1/2 cup of chicken broth on pan, put rack above brother and place chicken on rack.

    (Chicken should not be touching the broth)

    While cooking bast the chicken every 15 minutes to keep moist (add more brother to pan as it cooks up), cook for 2 hours or until fully cooked.
