- 6 red ripe plums
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 4 tablespoons greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

2Cut the plums in half and remove the pitt.

3Place on a baking tray with parcement paper, cut up.

4Melt butter and brush it on the plums. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

5Bake for 15 minutes until soft and juicy. Transfer them to a serving dish and spoon over the leftover juices. Sprinkle with almonds, greek yogurt and honey.
