  • 2 egg whites (stiffly beaten)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. pecan halves
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Fold sugar into stiff egg mixtures. Mix in pecans. Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Bake in oven at 325° for 30 minutes. Stir pecans in pan every 10 minutes.
