- 3 Tbsp. fat
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in fat.

2Add beef and fry until beef is done.

3Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.

5Cover.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Remove cover last 15 minutes.
