Roasted Pecans

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 4 c. pecan halves and/or pieces

Directions

    Melt margarine or butter in large Pyrex baking dish.

    Stir in pecans, and bake at 300°, stirring every 10 minutes.

    Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on size of pecans.

    Pour onto doubled paper towels to cool.
  5. 5
    Store in plastic Baggie-lined coffee can or other metal container.
