• 1/3 cup molasses

• 2 cups white flour
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup flax seed
• 1/4 cup grain cereal (Red River cereal)
• 1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
