- 4 red bell peppers
- Olive oil
- Brown paper bag
Directions

1Place peppers directly over the burner of a gas stove, or on a hot grill.

2Cook, turning often, until the skin is blackened and charred.

3Remove from the heat and place in the paper bag.

4Allow to cool.

5Once cool, peel, stem and seed.

6Do not rinse the peppers off as you will wash away the flavor.

7Small bits of charred skin is O.K.

8Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
