1Place the peppers on a roasting tray and put in a 350° oven. Turn the peppers until cooked on all sides (about 1 hour).

2When done, place the peppers in a paper bag.

3Wait a few minutes and then peel and slice the peppers into strips.

4Place in a bowl with fresh garlic and olive oil and let marinate.
