    Preheat oven to 425°. Spray 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

    Toss potatoes with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R) Spread in large bowl; arrange potatoes in single layer on prepared baking sheets. Bake, turning once, 25 minutes or until chips are crisp. Sprinkle lightly with salt, if desired.
