- 2 cups Frozen Whole Edamame
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tablespoons Coarse Salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2To a mixing bowl, add edamame, olive oil, and salt.

3Toss then add to a sheet tray.

4Bake for about 20 minutes until nicely roasted.

5Pour into a serving bowl, and let cool for a few minutes before digging in.

6Eat these by picking one up and sliding beans out with your mouth.
