  • 6 slices hard salami
  • 1/2 c. Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Birds Eye broccoli, cauliflower and red pepper combination, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese

    Cut salami in half; then slice into 1/4-inch slices.

    Pour dressing over combined salami, vegetables and tomatoes.
