- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Rice Krispies
- 1 cup chopped pecans (or your favorite nut)
- 11 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions

1Line two baking sheets with nonstick foil.

2Place chips in a large microwave safe bowl.

3Stir in corn syrup and cream.

4Microwave on high for 1 minute.

5Remove and stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

6Stir in raisins, marshmallows and nuts.

7Using a cookie scoop (or a regular spoon if you don't have one) drop mixture onto prepared sheets.

8Refrigerate 2 hours to set.

9Store in airtight container at room temp for up to two weeks.
