  • 1 Fat-free flour tortillas
  • Armenian flat bread
  • 2 slices Fat-free luncheon slices (veggie ones available at health food stores)
  • 1/2 oz. Fat-free cream cheese and/or fat-free mayo and/or mustard
  • 1/2 oz. Lettuce and/or sprouts
  • 2 slices Tomato slices
  • 2 slices Pickled
  • fresh pepper slices

Directions

    Spread a dressing on each tortilla; top with your favorite toppings, but not too thick or it won't roll.

    Roll up; wrap and take to lunch.
