- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 small can button mushrooms
Directions

1Wipe steak and sprinkle with flour.

2Pound extra flour into steak.

3Mix other ingredients and spread on steak, keeping mixture 1-inch from edge to prevent squeezing out.

4Roll steak, tie securely and roast in a slow oven (300° to 350°) for about 2 1/2 hours.
