- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 lb. haddock fillets
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until tender (not brown).

2Stir in crumbs and seasonings.

3Blend in 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.

4Cut fillets in 5 (8-inch long) strips (Taste O' Sea brand is already cut).

5Spread with stuffing and roll up.

6Place in greased casserole or baking cups, uncovered.

7Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

8Spread with remaining mayonnaise.

9Bake for 20 minutes longer.
