  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Green Giant leaf spinach (frozen in butter sauce), thawed
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
  • 3/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 envelope vegetable soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
