- 1 c. sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients except the last cup of flour should be reserved for rolling cookies.

2Knead dough to desired consistency with the last cup of flour and divide dough to roll to about 1/8-inch thick. Garnish with sugar and cut out cookies in desired shapes. Bake at 300° for about 7 minutes.

3Check for doneness. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
